La Fattoria is a Fasemodus concept for the adaptive reuse of a historic rural farm complex in the Lombard countryside, reorganized around three restored volumes: La Stalla (the barn), La Bottega (the shop), and L'Osteria (the tavern). The masterplan reconnects agriculture, community life, and slow mobility — mapping activities from cultivating and cooking to co-working, studying, and bike- and car-sharing across the site. Renderings show gabled brick-and-plaster volumes with tall glazed openings set among trees and gravel courtyards, preserving the pitched roofs and rustic materials of the original farmstead while opening the complex to visitors, cyclists, and the surrounding landscape.
