Temporary Display

Through a thorough analysis of the room housing the great preparatory cartoon of the School of Athens and the display designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni, the case was opened and the work mounted on a movable frame — a kind of huge steel drafting table — enabling its study and restoration before its final placement.
